More About Britt

Britt began her yoga journey in high school to increase her flexibility for dance. Flexibility was always a struggle, so she appreciated that the poses didn't require a ton of flexibility...That is why we do yoga to become flexible, not because we are flexible. Britt also began to see the healing magic of yoga after she suffered a broken back. Yoga has continued to be the only therapy and exercise that has kept her back pain away. Britt has recently began teaching pelvic floor yoga workshops and classes after experiencing dysfunction after pregnancy and childbirth. Combining what she learned in pelvic floor therapy with yoga has repaired and strengthened her pelvic floor. Read more about her story here!

Britt completed her 200hr yoga teacher training and is currently working toward her 500hr. As a mom of two, Britt loves finding time in her busy days for her practice. It gives her the "me time" that she often neglected, which most parents can relate to. Britt is the first to admit that her dedicated yoga practice has changed her life. It has helped her become a happier wife, a more patient mom, and has given Britt the ultimate tools and purpose in life (next to being a mom)...sharing her love of yoga with all of you.
